• No refunds will be issued for any services, packages, memberships, promotions, or products.
• In certain circumstances, purchases may be exchanged for store credit only at the discretion of management.
• Store credit must be used within 30 days from the date it is issued.
• Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or extended beyond the expiration date.
• Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for credit unless otherwise stated.
